Notifications on the web and your phone
What the bell shows, which alerts reach your phone, quiet hours and email alerts.
Updated 5 Oct 2026
PropZolo tells you when something needs you: a new lead assigned to you, a follow-up that is due, a visit booked, a client opening your shortlist, an SLA about to be missed.
The bell
Everything lands in the bell in the top bar, on the web and in the app. Twenty leads in a minute arrive as one “You got 20 new leads”, not twenty alerts.
Push notifications on your phone
The Android app shows push notifications for the same events. Change them in Settings → My account → Notifications:
- Send me push notifications — off means in-app only, for every event.
- Per event — turn off the ones you don’t need on your phone.
- Quiet hours — no push in these hours; the bell still fills up. Times are in your company’s time zone. Without your own setting, push is quiet from 21:00 to 08:00.
Email alerts
Some alerts also come by email to your verified address — for example when PropZolo support answers your ticket. Each email says how to mute that kind of alert.
Not getting push notifications?
- Open the PropZolo app at least once after signing in, and allow notifications when asked.
- Check the phone’s battery settings for the app — see the guide for your phone brand on Install the Android app.
- Check your quiet hours.
