Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers personal data of Users of PropZolo (account data, for which [PropZolo legal entity name] is the Data Fiduciary) and personal data that Customers store about their own customers (for which the Customer is the Data Fiduciary and PropZolo the Data Processor).

What we collect

For Users and visitors:

• name, phone, email, role and company;
• sign-in records, device and security information, and how the product is used;
• billing details of the Customer (GSTIN, invoices, payments).

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, bill for it, support Users, meet legal duties and improve PropZolo.

Customer data we process

Leads, contacts, listings, call logs, messages and documents are processed only on the Customer’s instructions, kept in the Customer’s workspace and never sold. AI features process this data only to produce what the User asks for.

Where data is kept

Data is stored on servers in [hosting region — Contabo data centre]. Some providers (for example AI, email or messaging) may process data outside India under contractual safeguards, as allowed under the DPDP Act.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help run the service, when the Customer connects an integration, or when the law requires it.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, workspaces are isolated from each other and actions are audited. Data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymised under the retention settings and the law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Write to [privacy contact email]. For data a Customer holds about you, contact that business first; we help them answer.
