Enquiry forms and site chat
“I agree that [the business you enquired with] may contact me by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this enquiry and similar properties. I can withdraw this consent at any time.”
Marketing
“Send me offers and new launches from [the business you enquired with].” — a separate, unticked box; never bundled with the enquiry consent.
Site visits (OTP)
“By sharing this code you confirm your visit to [project name] with [the business you enquired with].”
Withdrawal
“Reply STOP to stop messages from [the business you enquired with].” — honoured on every channel within one working day.
