Invite your team

Each colleague signs in with their own mobile number or email, so every call, message and change is recorded against the right person.

Send an invitation

   Go to Settings → Team → Invitations (or Members).

   Enter the person’s mobile number or email address and pick their role, for example Sales Agent or Pre-sales / Telecaller.

   Send it. PropZolo creates a link and a ready-made message you can send on WhatsApp or by email.

The invitation is valid for 7 days. The person opens the link, accepts, and then signs in with that mobile number or email on the web or in the PropZolo app.

Seats

Your plan includes a number of seats. Every active member uses one, and so does every pending invitation, so a burst of invites can never go over your plan. Channel-partner portal users do not use seats. To add seats, go to Settings → Billing & plan → Plan & seats.

Pending invitations

Settings → Team → Invitations lists the open invites with the role each one grants. Create a new invite link when the old one expired or got lost, or withdraw an invitation to free its seat.

When someone leaves

Deactivate them in Settings → Team → Members. Hand over work moves their leads, tasks and visits to a colleague (by default their manager), their devices are signed out and their history stays. Deactivated members no longer use a seat.
