Log call outcomes
After every call the app asks how it went — one tap for common outcomes, the status sheet when more is needed, and unknown callers.

When a call with a lead ends, the PropZolo app asks how it went. The answer is the lead’s new status and outcome in your pipeline — so logging the call and updating the lead are one step.
The outcome screen
- If the call didn’t connect (no answer, busy, switched off), the app offers the matching not reached outcome — PropZolo schedules the retry itself.
- If you spoke, the most useful outcomes are one tap away: Call back requested, Requirement captured, Hot buyer, Details shared on WhatsApp, Need more info, Discussing with family, Site visit scheduled, Price negotiation, Not interested, Wrong number — in your company’s own words.
- Outcomes that need more — a follow-up time, a visit slot, a lost reason — open the status sheet with only those fields.
- Add a quick note and pick a follow-up chip (in 1 hour, this evening, tomorrow 10 am).
Calls with numbers that aren’t leads
After a call with a number that isn’t one of your leads, a notification offers to add it as a lead (switch it off in the app’s call-tracking settings with Offer to add unknown callers). Personal calls are never shown to anyone if your company tracks only CRM numbers.
Logged on the web
Calls appear on the lead’s timeline and in Calls. If you logged an outcome on the web instead of the phone, it is linked to your most recent call with that lead.
