A pool holds leads that don’t have an owner yet. Members claim leads from it themselves, managers can hand out a batch, and leads nobody works go back to it.
Set up a pool
- Go to Settings → Leads → Lead pools and create a pool.
- Choose who may claim (empty: everyone allowed to claim leads).
- Set the limits:
- Claims per person per day;
- Max open leads to claim — a member holding this many can’t claim more;
- Back to the pool after (business hours untouched) — leads the claimer doesn’t work return automatically;
- Alert when fewer than — managers hear when the pool runs low.
- Point an assignment rule at the pool (method Pool), or let rotation send leads back to it.
Claiming leads
Members see the pool’s leads longest waiting first. Phone numbers show once a lead is yours — claim it, then call.
Give N leads
Managers can give a member a number of leads from the pool in one go — handy for a new joiner’s first day or a calling drive.
