Matching buyers and properties
How PropZolo scores listings against a lead's requirement, where matches show up and how to use them.
Updated 5 Oct 2026
Every buyer and tenant lead has a requirement: budget, BHK, property type, localities, area, possession, furnishing, tenant profile. PropZolo scores your available listings — and the projects you sell — against it and explains each match.
Where matches show
- On a lead: Matching properties, best first, each with its reasons (“Budget fits · 1.2 km from Baner · 3 BHK”).
- On a listing: Matching leads — open buyers and tenants whose requirement fits it.
- On a project: new-booking leads that fit its configurations and prices.
Matches update as leads and listings change; Refresh matches recomputes them now.
How the score works
Listings are scored on budget (a little over the top of the budget still counts), location and distance, property type, BHK, area, possession, furnishing and tenant profile. The reasons are listed so you can explain the suggestion to the client — and spot a requirement that needs updating.
Send matches
Select matches and share them as a tracked shortlist — see Share properties with tracked links. The New listing match alerts recipe can tell matching buyers about a new listing automatically (consent checked, one digest per buyer per day).
