Add a property listing

A listing is a resale or rental property you can show and share: a 3 BHK flat for sale in Baner, a shop for rent on MG Road. Projects you sell for developers live under Inventory → Projects.

The listing wizard

Go to Inventory → Properties → Add listing (or the camera button in the Android app). The wizard takes about 90 seconds on a phone:

   Type — what you are listing (apartment, villa, plot, office, shop…) and whether it is for sale or rent.

   Location — pick the locality from the list so searches and matching find it; add the society or building.

   Configuration — BHK, areas (carpet, built-up, super built-up) in the unit you use — sq ft, sq yd (gaj), sq m, or state units such as bigha — floor (0 = ground, -1 = basement), facing, furnishing, parking.

   Price — type it the way you say it: “1.25 cr”, “85 lakh”, “45k”. Price per sq ft is worked out for you. For rentals: rent, deposit, agreement length (11 months is the usual term) and available from.

   Highlights — amenities and the description. Leave it empty and AI writes one from the facts.

   Photos — photos, floor plans and private documents. Shareable photos get a watermark and are stripped of location data; private documents are never shared.

   Review — the owner’s details (matched with your contacts, never added twice), keys and visit instructions, then publish.

Listing statuses

Price changes are kept in the listing’s price history, and a price drop can alert buyers who liked it (with the Price drop alerts recipe).
