Reply drafts, lead summaries and scores, filling requirements from notes, listing descriptions, plain-words search and the inventory inbox — and what they cost.

What you need
- AI switched on for your company (AI → Copilot history, admins) and credits in the AI wallet

PropZolo’s AI works on your own data to save typing and help you decide who to call. It always shows that AI wrote something, and you check before it goes out.
What it does

The copilot
The AI button in the top bar opens the copilot: AI status, where the AI tools are, and your recent AI actions. AI → Copilot history lists every draft, summary and explanation you asked for — and, for admins, what AI costs.
Control and credits
- AI → Copilot history (admins): switch AI on or off for the whole company (off stops every AI action; the team keeps working as usual), write company instructions for how drafts should sound (“Warm, use ‘aap’, sign as Team Acme”), and set a monthly credit limit.
- Each AI action uses credits from the AI wallet, in proportion to the work it did. Paid plans include a monthly allowance — see Wallets.
