Wallets — WhatsApp, SMS and AI credits
Prepaid wallets pay for messages and AI; see balances and the ledger, top up, set low-balance alerts and know your monthly AI allowance.

What you need
- The Top up wallets permission (Owner by default) to top up; billing view to see balances
Messages and AI cost money to send and run. PropZolo keeps a prepaid wallet for each: WhatsApp, SMS, AI credits, and email or voice where they apply. Every send takes its price from the wallet; when a wallet is empty, those sends stop until you top up.
See balances
Settings → Billing & plan → Wallets shows each wallet’s balance and the ledger — every credit and debit, newest first. Filter it by wallet and entry type (top-up, usage, monthly allowance, refund).
Top up
- Choose Top up on a wallet.
- Enter the amount in rupees (or credits for AI).
- Pay. The balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a GST invoice appears under Invoices.
Low-balance alerts
Set Alert below on a wallet. When the balance drops under it, owners are notified — top up before a broadcast or follow-up plan stalls. Leave it empty to switch the alert off.
Your monthly AI allowance
Paid plans include AI credits every month — on Starter 150 credits per user, on Growth and above 300 per user; the Free plan includes 50. The allowance is added to the AI wallet each month; top up if you use more.
