Your plan, seats and GST invoices
Choose a plan, add or remove seats, pay by card, UPI or e-NACH, download GST invoices, and what happens if a payment fails.

What you need
- The Manage plan permission (Owner by default) to change the plan; billing view to see invoices
Settings → Billing & plan → Plan & seats shows your plan, seats, renewal date and payment method.
Change plan or seats
- Choose the plan and the number of users (seats), monthly or yearly.
- Prices are shown excluding 18% GST. Seat increases and upgrades apply now, prorated on your next charge; decreases apply at renewal.
- Pay securely by card, UPI AutoPay or e-NACH (net-banking mandate).
GST invoices
Settings → Billing & plan → Invoices lists a GST invoice for every subscription charge and wallet top-up, with credit notes where they apply. Add your GSTIN in Settings → Company → RERA & GST before your first payment, so invoices carry it.
If a payment fails
You are reminded and can update the payment method. If it stays unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only: lead capture keeps running and you can export your data, but changes are paused until you pay.
Cancel
Cancel subscription stops charges after the current period. Access continues until the paid period ends, and you can export everything at any time.
