Create your workspace
Sign up with your mobile number, email or Google, describe your company and start a 14-day trial.

What you need
- A mobile number or email address you can receive a code on
A workspace is your company inside PropZolo: its leads, team, settings and plan. One person can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the top-left corner.
Sign up
- Open the PropZolo sign-up page and choose how to prove who you are: your mobile number (a 6-digit code by SMS), your work email (a 6-digit code by email) or Sign up with Google.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your company name, company type and city and state.
- Your workspace opens on a 14-day trial, with default pipelines, roles and lead sources already set up for your company type.
Choosing the company type
The type decides which pipelines, roles, fields and menus you start with. You can still use every feature your plan includes.

| Property manager | Rental portfolios: tenants, agreements and renewals |
After signing up
- As the Owner, you are asked to set up two-step verification with an authenticator app. It is always on for owners and admins — see Turn on two-step verification.
- Follow the onboarding checklist on Home (Get started).
- Already signed in and want another company? Use Create another workspace from the workspace switcher — you become its owner and your other workspaces stay as they are.
When the trial ends
Pick a plan in Settings → Billing & plan → Plan & seats before the trial ends. If a payment is missed, the workspace becomes read-only rather than locked, and lead capture keeps running. See Your plan, seats and GST invoices.
