Rental agreements and renewals
Record rental agreements, get renewal reminders at 60, 45 and 30 days, and turn renewals into repeat brokerage.
Updated 5 Oct 2026
Every rental you close ends in an agreement — and most agreements end after 11 months. Rentals keeps them all, so you never miss a renewal (and its brokerage).
Add an agreement
- Go to Rentals and add an agreement — or open the rental deal and create it from there.
- Enter the tenant and landlord, the property, monthly rent, deposit and maintenance, the start date and the term (11 months is filled in from the start), escalation and notice period.
- Attach the signed agreement (kept private).
Renewal reminders
PropZolo reminds the agent 60, 45 and 30 days before the agreement ends. With the Rental renewal recipe, a renewal deal opens 60 days before with the escalated rent, and the manager is asked to follow up if it is still not renewed 30 days before the end.
A new end date (or reactivating an agreement) restarts the reminders.
Ending an agreement
Terminate an agreement that ran (the tenant moved out early, the owner sold); its history stays. Deleting removes the record and its reminders — the audit log keeps a copy.
