Save and share views
Save a filtered, sorted list as a private or team view, keep it up to date and pin the ones you use every day.

A saved view remembers a list exactly as you set it up: filters, search, sort, visible columns and the layout (table, board or map). Views sit next to the smart tabs and show their count.
Save a view
- On Leads, set the filters, sort, columns and layout you want.
- Choose Save as new view and give it a name, for example “HSR 3 BHK hot buyers”.
- Pick who sees it:
- Private — only you;
- Team — everyone in the company who can see leads. Each person still sees only the leads their role allows.
Change a view
Open the view and change the filters — the view shows that it has unsaved changes. Save updates it; Reset goes back to what was saved. You can rename, re-share, pin or delete a view from its menu.
Ideas for views
- Telecallers: “New today · never called”, sorted oldest first.
- Closers: “Negotiation · my leads”, on the board.
- Managers: “Hot · unassigned for 30 minutes”.
