Call analytics, targets and integrity alerts
See how much your team calls and when calls connect, set daily targets, and review where calls and lead updates don't add up.

What you need
- A role that can see calls analytics (managers, admins and owners by default)
On this page
Calls → Analytics shows how much your team called, when calls connect, and who needs a hand — on your company’s clock.
What you see
- KPIs with the change against the previous period: calls, connected calls, talk time, leads reached, first-call speed.
- Heatmap — weekday × hour, showing when calls actually connect. Schedule calling drives at the green hours.
- Agent table — calls, connected, talk time and follow-ups per agent, day · week · month.
- What happened on the calls — the mix of results and outcomes.
- Calls against today’s target per agent, with streaks.
Daily targets
Set calls-a-day and talk-time goals per agent. Agents see their progress ring on the app’s home screen; managers see it in the agent table.
Integrity alerts
Calls → Integrity lists where calls and lead updates don’t add up — for example a status changed without a call, a visit logged without a call, or many outcomes edited at once. Managers review each alert and dismiss or reopen it.
