Set up email sending

Your team can email leads from PropZolo — one-to-one from the inbox, and through automations, follow-up plans and broadcasts. Mail looks best and lands in the inbox (not spam) when it comes from your own domain.

Add a sender

   Go to Settings → Communication → Email and choose Add a sender.

   Enter the from name and from address (for example Nair Realty · hello@nairrealty.in) and an optional reply-to.

   Make one sender the default sender.

Until your domain is verified, mail goes out from PropZolo’s address on behalf of your company, with your company name — it works, but verified mail is trusted more.

Verify your domain

   PropZolo shows the DNS records for the sender’s domain: SPF, DKIM (each sender’s domain gets its own key) and DMARC.

   Add these records at your domain’s DNS provider.

   Come back and choose Check DNS records. When they are found, the sender shows Domain verified.

Tracking and unsubscribe

• Opens and clicks are tracked so you see who read your email and which links they opened.
• Every promotional email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. People who unsubscribe are never emailed promotions again — the opt-out is recorded on their consent.

Removing a sender

Mail already sent keeps it; nothing new goes out from that address.
