Set up a portal
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Property portals and pick the portal.
- Follow the setup wizard. For a push portal, PropZolo generates the push URL and a ready-to-send email for your account manager — copy it into your email.
- For a pull portal, paste the credentials the portal gave you; PropZolo checks for new leads every few minutes.
- For an email portal, turn on the inbound address and set up forwarding — see Turn portal lead emails into leads.
Check that it works
Send a test enquiry on the portal (or ask the account manager to), then open the source: it appears in the log within seconds of the portal sending it. Set Alarm if silent for (hours) so you hear if a feed stops quietly — portals change formats and expire packages without telling you.
