What you need
- Permission to manage marketing spend (Owner, Admin or Marketing by default)
On this page
Which portal package actually brings buyers who visit and book? Record what you spend and PropZolo works out cost per lead, per visit and per deal for every source and campaign.
Record spend
- Go to Reports → Campaigns (or Marketing → Sources & ROI).
- Add a spend entry — one per campaign, portal package or hoarding and period: the amount, the source, and the dates it covers.
- For Meta or Google campaigns, add the ad campaign id: leads carrying it are attributed to that campaign.
A source can also have a monthly cost on its settings — used when no campaign spend is recorded.
Read the numbers
- Spend that covers part of the range counts in proportion — a ₹30,000 monthly package shows ₹15,000 for half a month.
- Cost per lead tells you about volume; cost per visit and per deal tell you about quality. A cheap source with no visits is expensive.
- The status matrix by source shows why leads from a source were lost (budget mismatch, wrong numbers…).
