Connect Google Ads lead forms
Deliver Google Ads lead form submissions to PropZolo by webhook, map the columns and send test data.
Updated 5 Oct 2026
What you need
- Permission to connect integrations (Owner or Admin by default)
- Access to the Google Ads account that runs the lead form
On this page
Google Ads lead forms post each submission to PropZolo by webhook, so leads from Search, YouTube and Discovery campaigns reach your team in seconds.
Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Google lead forms and add a connection.
- Copy the webhook URL and the key. The key is shown once — keep the page open until you have pasted it.
- In Google Ads, open the lead form asset → Lead delivery option → Webhook integration, and paste both.
- Press Send test data in Google Ads. The test lead appears in the source’s log (sandbox), not in the CRM.
Map the columns
Google’s column ids — FULL_NAME, PHONE_NUMBER, EMAIL, CITY — are understood automatically. For your own questions (budget, BHK, preferred locality), add the form under Lead forms using the form_id from Google’s test data, and map each question to a PropZolo field. A form can also get its own source, project and lead type.
Lost the key?
Issue a new key on the connection and paste it into Google Ads again — the old one stops working at once.
