Import leads

   Go to Leads → Import (or the Import button on the leads list).

   Drop a CSV or Excel file — exports from portals, Facebook lead forms or your old CRM, up to 10 MB.

   Check the column mapping. PropZolo maps the columns it recognises (name, mobile, email, budget, BHK, locality, source, notes); map the rest or skip them. One column can feed several fields.

   Set what the file doesn’t say: the source, the lead type, the starting status, tags for every row, and how to assign the leads — to one member, or split between members.

   Review the preview before importing:

   • Ready to import;
   • Already in PropZolo — numbers you already have become re-enquiries or labelled duplicates, never silent copies;
   • Will be skipped — with the reason for each row.

   Import. Large files run in the background; you can leave the page.

Export leads

On the leads list, filter what you need (or select rows) and choose Export. Pick the columns and download the CSV when it is ready.

• Exports follow your role: only the leads you can see, up to your role’s row limit, and phone numbers follow your masking rules.
• Exports are logged and watermarked; owners and admins see every export in the audit log.
